General Conditions
*Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the original order.
* Items must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, with original tags attached.

Returns (Online)

* Courier pickup will be arranged.
* Items take 5–7 working days to reach the warehouse and be inspected.
* After approval, the refund is issued to the original payment method, minus return shipping fees.
* Refunds reflect within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank.

Returns (In-Store)

* Visit any store within 14 days.
* Bring order number and confirmation email.
* Item will be inspected in-store.
* Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
* Email confirmation will be sent once processed.

Exchanges (Online)

* Courier pickup will be arranged.
* Inspection takes 5–7 working days.
* Return & exchange shipping fees must be paid online.

Exchange Options
* Standard Exchange: Replacement is shipped after approval (5–7 working days).
* Instant Exchange: Place a new order immediately; refund issued after inspection of the returned item.

Exchanges (In-Store)

* Visit within 14 days with order number and confirmation email.
* Item must pass inspection.
* Exchanges allowed for same-price items only.
* If there’s a price difference, exchange must be completed online, or return in-store and place a new purchase.
