Returns and Exchanges Policy
Our returns and exchanges policy is very simple:
1-You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after you receive your item(s).
2- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tickets must be attached. The courier will not accept items that are not neatly folded and returned in their original state.
3- If your item qualifies the above two criteria, then we will definitely exchange or refund your items very easily.
4- There is a shipping fee for returns and exchanges. Please note that this fee goes to the shipping company and not our entity. Exchanges and returns have the same shipping fee as the one paid in your original order. For example, if in your original order you paid a 50 EGP shipping fee according to your zone, then your exchange/return shipping fee wil 50 EGP as well.
5- Online orders are refunded to your account once the refund request is accepted.
6- Debenhams orders must be exchanged/refunded in store.
To request a return or an exchange, please log in to your account. You will sign in with the email you used to make your order and the sign in code will be sent to your email. Once you log in, you can access your order history and make a return request for orders that were received from up to 14 days.
For exchanges, request a return normally then in the reason box state that you would like to exchange and state the item you want to exchange with with its color and size.
Once we review your request we will send you an email with approval and our operations team will be in contact with you in case we have any questions.
