Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our returns and exchanges policy is very simple:
1-You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after you receive your items
2- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tickets must be attached must still be attached. 
3- If your item qualifies the above two criterias, then we will definitely exchange or refund your items very easily. 
4- A shipping fee will be paid to the courier upon receiving your return or exchange. Please note that this fee goes to the shipping company and not our entity.

to generate your return/exchange label. You must provide your order number and email in order to be able to generate a request.

You must also upload vivid images of the product(s) being returned or exchanged in order for us to process the request and send you a courier to pick up your product(s).

Processing Requests
Once your return or exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is in the same condition as its selling state the request will be accepted easily. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (applies to online payments)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
